Gateway to veggie smoothie

Its one of those resolutions you get to make that you were going to live and eat healthy for the year 2014. Actually i have vowed to do so as i realised i was slowly but steadily getting out of shape which i took years to build.......

Am pretty sure someone out there has made the same vow as mine but no need to feel ashamed huh!!!! While i was still enjoying my 2013 festive season, i was privileged to have attended a one day seminar on living healthy and it was specifically set to deter people from indulging in unhealthy food stuff during that period.

While still at it, i learnt a great way of making smoothie and not the ordinary one we are used to of ice cream and all....

Just have the following and you are on your way of having the great smoothie which you will enjoy and will definitely attest to being the best......!!!




You will need 100 grams of nicely chopped bananas for taste.
You will also need sizable spinach but remove the sticks

 
 

You further need 100 grams of pineapples

Water is also needed to add to the thickness of the smoothie


And lastly a blender will be ideal to mix all of the above ingredients and grind well for close to 3-4 minutes.



And there you have it....its as tasty as the all fatty smoothie we buy from local fast food joints!!!! trust me the first time i tasted this i never believed ordinary spinach and fruits could produce something amazing as this......
